Warranty Policy

Penny's Boutique products are covered by a 3-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

For scrunchies, this warranty includes elastic breakage that occurs under normal use.

For headbands, this warranty includes breakage of the headband base or failure of the fabric covering or padding due to defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your item is covered by this warranty, please contact us by email or phone. In many cases, a photo of the item will be sufficient for us to evaluate the issue.

At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage resulting from alterations made after purchase.

Please do not discard the item until we have had an opportunity to review your claim, as we may request that it be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement.
