What are the shipping costs?

We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties with our shipping calculator. For all domestic orders, a flat rate of $5.00 will be applied. However, good news! Domestic orders totaling $35.00 or more will receive free shipping. All domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service Ground Advantage.

Domestic UPS, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express Upgrades

If you would prefer to have your domestic order shipped via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express, please place your order using the standard USPS Ground Advantage option. Then, send a follow-up email to pennysboutique@gmail.com requesting your preferred shipping method. We’ll reply with the additional cost for the upgrade. Once you confirm, we’ll send you a separate invoice for the shipping difference via PayPal or Stripe.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate international shipping rates directly on our website at this time. If you’re an international customer and would like to place an order, please email us at pennysboutique@gmail.com. To help us provide you with an accurate quote, please include either a screenshot of your cart or a detailed list of the items you wish to purchase (don’t forget to specify size, fabric, and color for each item!). Once we receive your email, we’ll get back to you promptly with shipping costs and available options. After you’ve made your selection, we’ll send you an invoice through either PayPal or Stripe for convenient payment.

Please keep in mind that regardless of the shipping method you choose, we do need time to make your scrunchies.

How soon will I get my scrunchy order?

Currently orders are shipping within 5 (five) business days. If you have a special event and need it quickly, please give me a call at 314-824-4311 or send me an email at PennysBoutique@gmail.com – I will do all I can to make it happen.

Do keep in mind that the US Postal Service is still experiencing delays so be sure to add a safety buffer for possible delays.

What shipping service do you use?

We use the US Postal Service for my shipments in most cases. Scrunchies don’t weigh much, but they do take up some room. The USPS is generally the most cost-effective way to send scrunchies. I make it a habit to track each shipment and will send you the tracking number when I ship them.

How do I check on the status of my order?

We’re excited to offer this new feature! If you login to place your order (rather than ordering as a guest), you can track the status of your order by Logging In to your Dashboard. If you don’t know your password, you can request a new password here – then you can change it to whatever you’d like after you login.
